Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any orders once they have been dispatched. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Faulty or Damaged Items.

We take great pride in the quality of our tools. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at thepowktool@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the fault. We will replace or refund the item in full at no additional cost to you.
