Where and when will you ship my order?

All orders are shipped from the UK with Royal Mail postal service.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days, we’ll provide you with tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

How long does it take to get my order?

UK: Express 24 - 1-2 business days.
UK:Standard - 2-3 business days.

EU: International tracked - 3-5 business days.

Rest of the world: International tracked - 5-8 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

How much taxes & duties will I have to pay?

International Customers:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. For specific duties and tax amounts, you may contact your customs office for more detailed information.


The Powk cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
